The O-ring groove (O-ring gland) width and depth are critical dimensions for the performance of the O-ring. Considering each application uniquely, we offer tools to select the right O-Ring ID and CS, and evaluate the O-Ring and Gland for different material conditions and manufacturing tolerances.

Its effectiveness in predicting seal performance is maximized when combined with historical seal and material data, alongside dedicated performance testing.
